Last week, we had the official 50th year celebration from the original incorporation date of the company in 1968.
We celebrated in a number of ways. Mid May, the family and the team had a video and photo shoot at our showroom with a lovely cake made especially for us by a local lady. The following week, we took our team to a local karting track, Lockwell Hill, where we hired the track for an hour and our team got quite competitive! It was Ben, our newest team member who lifted the winners trophy at the end of the session! Children of members of our team also took part and all thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon. We followed this with an evening meal at a local pub!
The following week, we hosted the Mansfield and Ashfield 2020 business breakfast meeting, where Graham gave a presentation about 50 years in business and Andy Gordon from Hormann, our main supplier, also said a few words about their products.
The family finished off their celebrations by going on a family holiday to Center Parcs, Holland, which was very enjoyable!
