OPENING TIMES DURING COVID-19 PRECAUTIONARY PERIOD:
21/03/20 – Our showroom is open and we are still working as normal. We have low numbers of staff in our office and our showroom is very spacious so we’re not concerned about social distancing issues and we regularly sanitise all touchable areas. While our engineers are out on the road carrying out installations and repairs, they come into contact with very few. All our engineers are aware of the importance of hygiene issues for your peace of mind.
All our current orders are progressing normally and we haven’t been informed of any delivery issues but if anything changes, we’ll alert people immediately. Please call 01623 621999 if you’ve any other query.
24/03/20 – we will update as soon as possible following the latest guidelines. We are open today, however, this may change and we will endeavour to keep our customers informed.

“Work carried out in people’s homes, for example by tradespeople carrying out repairs and maintenance, can continue, provided that the tradesperson is well and has no symptoms. Again, it will be important to ensure that Public Health England guidelines, including maintaining a 2 metre distance from any household occupants, are followed to ensure everyone’s safety.
No work should be carried out in any household which is isolating or where an individual is being shielded, unless it is to remedy a direct risk to the safety of the household, such as emergency plumbing or repairs, and where the tradesperson is willing to do so. In such cases, Public Health England can provide advice to tradespeople and households.
No work should be carried out by a tradesperson who has coronavirus symptoms, however mild.”
We are abiding by these guidelines and our engineers are travelling to site individually. We are asking customers whether they are happy for us to attend their property and asking them to follow the relevant guidelines also. We are observing whether these guidelines change and will follow any new guidelines which are released.
