Sadly, it has been brought to our attention again that customers are being ‘tricked’ into thinking they are dealing with us (Mansfield Garage Doors, a reputable, long established family business), whereas it is A N Other “garage door” business 
Not the customers’ fault a lot of the time, however, maybe a little more scrutineering of their website, telephone number or van livery may suggest it’s not us.
These other companies are pretending to be us, even sometimes blatantly telling the customer they are ‘Mansfield Garage Doors!’
Now, we understand we may not be able to approach all potential customers before they make contact with a company, but this post may just help a few?
Very frustrating for us, as some of the stories we’ve heard could potentially damage our excellent reputation (we’re talking over-charging, not turning up for appointments, not sending out relevant paperwork/invoices and general poor business ethics), however, a compliment to us that so many other businesses want a part of our success 
Some of these businesses come and go but we’ve been here for nearly 56 years
