Once you have had your new garage door and motor installed, you will want to keep it in tip top condition and operating efficiently. After installation, our engineers will run through the maintenance points with you and demonstrate the correct operation of the door and motor.
We advise that you have your door and motor serviced on an annual basis, however it will not affect your warranty if you don’t choose to have it serviced.
Around 11-12 months after fitting, we would contact you to let you know that your service is due and it’s then your choice whether you choose to have the annual service.
With our ‘service plan’ you pay £6 per month, spreading the cost over the year and saving you 10% on the total cost of the annual service. This gives you peace of mind you have your payments covered and we will contact you when your service is due. All we need from you is your email address and we’ll send you a link from ‘GoCardless’ to authorise the direct debit to us, it’s as simple as that!

Guarantees – all manufacturers have their own guarantees for different aspects, eg door, motor, but most doors are guaranteed for at least 5 years. See the individual manufacturers websites for further information regarding their own guarantees.
